• We will deliver your gift at any cost, or risk, to the address specified by you, provided the order should be placed two days in advance of the delivery date. However, if the address is found to be wrong and/or not valid, we will inform you about the same. NO REFUNDS will be entertained at any cost.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature, actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability, but we always try to send exact products.
• Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availablity of the gift items.
• If ordered flowers / cake / Soft Toys/ sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake / Soft Toys/sweets/ chocolates/ of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.
• Chronicle Gifts cannot be held responsible for a missed delivery:
• If the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misguides, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form.
• Or impersonates and takes delivery posing as the correct person. Chronicle Gifts shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the order form but Chronicle Gifts disclaims any responsibility for damage claims and/or compensation.
• For prompt delivery we request our customers to specify a popular landmark like temple, theater, college, hospital, park, school, etc. in the address and also give the phone number of the receiver or the neighbor's phone number.
