To place an order: – First click on the product category on the left menu bar. View number of products listed in each category. Click on the image for a larger view and also to order.

Delivery information: – We deliver gifts to Hyderabad & Secunderabad only. Jewellery will be delivered in all major cities and towns in India at no extra cost.

Address and delivery date requirements: - For prompt delivery we request our customers to specify a popular landmark like temple, theater, college, hospital, park, school, etc. in the address and also give the phone number of the receiver or the neighbor's phone number. Please state date of delivery and the message to go with the gift in the specified area before you submit the delivery address.

Payment details: - We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Security of the service: – Chroniclegifts shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser. This website takes every precaution to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. Sensitive information provided by you (such as credit card number), encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

Information about ICICI Payment: – ICICI Bank is our net payment interface. Chroniclegifts.com uses the service of the ICICI payment gateway whenever an order is placed. Once the payment transaction is authorized by Chroniclegifts.com you are billed by ICICI.

Payment Process: – After filling the shopping cart information you choose to pay for your purchase. On submitting card details, your request is received for transaction, the data entered is validated and a request is sent by chroniclegifts to the ICICI payment gateway to authorize your transaction. Once the authentication process is completed, the transaction is accepted and processed. Response of success or failure of transaction is sent to you at the email id provided.

Change in the order: – Order once placed cannot be altered. It is the sole discretion of chroniclegifts to refund the amount if unable to deliver the gift to the recipient.

To know the status of your order: – To check the status of your order enter your Unique Order ID Number in the Order ID field and click on the Go button.

Order problems: - Please check for an order confirmation e-mail in the mail ID specified by you in the order form. A confirmation is usually sent within 2 hours of any purchase. What happens when you order?: - Once you purchase a product, chroniclegifts authorizes ICICI to charge your credit card for the listed price. We then ship the listed gift as per your delivery address and date details.

Why can't you cancel your order?: - Due to our commitment to deliver your product as rapidly as possible, we cannot cancel or alter the orders once we have received them.
